I switched to Verizon about a year ago. Yesterday suddenly we were without service , neither 5g or LTE . This applies to both of our phones and the other phones on our block with Verizon Service. Taking phone a few blocks away and service is found. Please help. Verizon troubleshooting leads to point where I need to call, but phone won't work!!
