On demand not available on this set top box

I am trying to access on-demand but keep receiving a message saying it is not available for this set top box and to contact Verizon. It was working a week ago but now on demand wont work on either of my set top boxes. Anyone else seeing this issue on their older boxes? Mine is the old Cisco chs 435hdc box.

I think that Cisco STBs are obsolete at this point. If my memory is correct, (if I'm wrong, someone will post a correction ) Verizon has issued notifications that users of older STBs should consider migrating to the 4100 series platform.
