Has any one who claimed 5G Home Plus promo in December for a XBOX series X, $200 Amazon Gift Card, and a $100 Verizon gift card received any of the promo?

Hello, kennedy1999, we know it's important that you receive your promotions. Were you able to claim your offers for the Amazon gift card, Xbox, and Verizon gift card? If so, when did you claim these offers?

I was able to claim the Xbox but I was never notified that it was shipped so it was sent back and not delivered. I have no update on the gift cards I only got to claim the Xbox because it was an option in the Verizon app. I was supposed to hear from support last week after my request was escalated but never got a call or any other type of communication.

I only got to claim the offer for the Xbox on Jan 22nd. The gift cards never showed up on my MyVerizon.
