Since January I have had a pending order error on my account, therefore i can’t change anything on my account or make a purchase, upgrade etc. I’ve reached out to Verizon idk how many times now and no one will help me, they create tickets “supposedly” but I never hear anything back. I’ve been promised refunds, I never get them. I’ve saved copies of all my chats, calls etc. when did their customer service get so awful? . Anyone have any ideas for me in the mean time??
