My daughter has an iPhone 13. She went to Atlantic City last week and was unable to use her phone the whole weekend due to an SOS error message. No texts would go through either. On Monday, she went to the Verizon store and they gave her an eSIM. Today is Sunday and she went one county north and she wasn’t able to use her phone again today due to same error message. Now combined we spent over five hours on the phone with tech-support, online looking at videos, YouTube, TikTok, and it’s still unable to be fixed. So the only other thing is to probably go to T-Mobile at this point. This isn’t an Apple issue. This is a Verizon issue. How many times does Verizon expect a customer to be told they’re fixing something and it keeps happening to the point where she uses her phone for navigation and isn’t able to navigate, text, or call?
