I switched to Verizon during the Black Friday weekend when they were offering the $1000 per line trade in credit + $200 per line port in credit + $250 Costco gift card per line. I was assured by the sales agent that I would see everything within 1-2 billing cycle. Once I activated my account and traded my devices in, I called customer service to ensure everything was setup correctly and they told me they will have to apply a promo correction as the sales agent did not enter my trade in devices when she initially created the account. But the assured me that they have done it correctly and I should see it soon. Over the next 3 months I called numerous times asking about the credits since they were not showing up correctly and each time the customer service agent would give different excuse as to why it was not eligible. On top of that today when I called again, not only did they tell me that the promotions Verizon was advertising during black Friday not available in her system, she doesn’t see anything about the Costco gift cards either. I am fed up with this experience. Everytime I call I waste an hour and at the end they just ask me to stay patient and wait till next billing cycle to see my promotion applied. But we have not seen a single thing that was promised during that promotion so far. I need someone to look into this ASAP because this is ridiculous and a terrible look for Verizon that their customer agents are saying different things everytime I call.
