I placed an order for 2 iPhone 15s as a new customer yesterday evening. I never received a confirmation email but I did screenshot the confirmation number at the end of my purchase. However when I try to check my order status it is asking for an location id which it says should be on the confirmation email so I can't even check the status. I was charged for the order so now I'm worried what's happening with my order. Not a great experience for a new customer to have. Would appreciate any help. Especially from a Verizon rep.
