On October 3, 2023, Verizon sent a promotion email like as quoted
“We’ll pay off your current phone and give you $415 toward your new phone (50% off retail price).*
Congrats! You’re eligible to upgrade.
Now that your current device is at least 50% paid off, we’ll pay off your balance and you can upgrade early. Return your current iPhone and get $415 toward a new iPhone 15.”
I thought it ’s good deal so I upgraded my device to iphone 15+. But I still haven't received the promotion credit offered by Verizon on my new device. I've already spoken to Customer Service about this issue twice and they've all responded that it takes time for the promotion to take effect, so wait for 2-3 billing periods. I've already waited 5 months, but I still haven't received the promotion that Verizon promised. I think I've already waited long enough. Do I have to contact to Customer ServiceI again or somewhere else for a quick answer?
