VZ Cloud secures and encrypts data "In Flight" and "At Rest", meaning that we have enhanced security when using the Cellular Network, MitM protection and detection when using WiFi, and our servers

General note on App functionality: Most background functions of the Cloud App service will suspend when the device battery is <20%, and all background actions (auto-save being the main one) stops at 15% battery.

Verizon has a 10GB file, and 50GB daily restriction. ISPs may impose their own limitations. if the user sees a message that the Verizon Cloud desktop app during a backup/sync is limiting the daily content
