Does anyone have experience resolving the issue of not being able to connect to a domain URL using the Verizon Mobile Network. The domain URL is accessible on WiFi.

Have you contacted your domain provider to report the issue? It could be they need to re-register it with the Domain Name Servers again to ensure it gets to the Verizon Wireless domain lookup servers where it appears they are not updated properly.
