Signed up for service back in December 2023, claimed a free Xbox x series, never shipped,said they were quite on quite out of stock and I would see in about a few weeks once they got more....never happened. Customer service gave run around. So, being they basically bulled me, I let the service go. Why do I want to give a company a chance that for one , mislead about my free Xbox that I never received and the Internet bill being $ 235.00 per month? Crazy high for Internet ! Do not recommend at all ! They are way out of price range and lie about free promotions on Xbox etc.
