Misrepresentation by door to door person

On 3/3 a door to door sales person Jacob misrepresented that Verizon streaming works with my Roku TVs and I bought the service. I have reached out to sales person and he has not responded via text and voice. Very disappointed that the sales person does not know his protect and does not respond to inquiries. Bad customer service.
