After hours of trying to get my $200 verizon gift card I was told my account would be credited…no credit in sight. I’m also still making payments on my iPhone when I was told 2 months for the bill to adjust, it’s been 4. In the meantime my new phone has shattered as I was going to use the gift card (I was to receive n 2 weeks) to buy the case. I’m also dealing with a promotional gift card I’ve never gotten from Verizon home. Based on the other posts like this I believe Verizon is acting in bad faith.

Hello, BCaudioTech. Help is here as we want you to receive all the promotions you qualify for. So sorry to hear of the shattered phone as well. When you upgraded, did you add insurance to your line? Regarding the gift card, was this a new line of service? Did you port your number into Verizon?

Yea I insured my phone, I’ll need to spend $100 for a replacements…waiting on my $200 credit. Although considering all I’ve gone through I feel that charge should be waived.

yes it was a new line promo for the Mobil.

i was also supposed to receive an Amazon gift card for my new fios line.

between my two 1g fios lines and this months Mobil bill for two lines I’m paying $420. This has become absurd. I’ve begun to call it anti-customer service
