I have called in, I have chatted, I have received a call from your executive team. I have filed an FCC complaint. All I want is Disney+ removed from my bill.
I have removed it from my manage add on's and perks (it's not there anymore) about a month 1/2 ago. I see it active on +play but when I click on it to manage it, it brings me back to https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/products/producthub/manage/spo1480002 and I CANNOT cancel it further. There is nothing I can do on my end. We even did a three way call with Disney for goodness sakes. (Disney rep, Verizon Rep, and Myself)
It's an incredibly simple request - remove something from my bill I don't have access to anymore. I don't know why I have to jump through so many hoops and ladders to get this solved.
