At wits end ,voicemail and verizon does nothing

Moto G 2023 prepaid plan Voicemail icon Grey. Verizon does nothing but the runaround and i been with them for 15 years now like a ....... Do i need to throw this phone out that i had for one month now and go to a different carrier ,or all of them the same? NOBODY WILL HELP

Verizon local store was able to show me how to access voicemail being no icon . But the problem now is no voicemail notification on the homescreen when a message is left for me.

Bye bye Verizon iam done , just terrible terrible. My wife and I been with Verizon for 15 years, never had a problem before, but after 2 months and nothing fixed permanently ,its just unacceptable. Iam so sick of voicemail notifications working for a day or two and then nothing. I even gave one of the 50 tecks total control of phone.
