I first started with the 5G home and it was great, at the beginning. Incredible speeds without lagging. Only 3 devices at the most would be connected but most days just 1. I was so impressed that I went and added a 5G mobile unlimited plan Pixel 7A promo. Which was advertised saying my home Internet cost would lower. Great that's fantastic. Not 3 months into my home plan and I noticed it wasn't 5G now it was LTE or 4G. Ahh and my speed dropped, service lagged or would just freeze up. Around that time my brand new Pixel, just barely 2 months old was stolen. That's a whole different complaint. But I added 2 lines and suspended the stolen line. Both new lines 5G as well. Or that's what I signed contracts for but have yet to use that service. The mobile lines stay in LTE. And yet I was sold and am paying for 5G service. So is it false advertisement, fraud or breach of contract? Verizon being at fault... Now if I violated terms, mislead or deceived the company I would be held liable. So how can they correct it?
