Has ANYONE received this promotion? Before I signed up I did go to Reddit and a bunch of people got it within a few days so I feel like I’m getting the $h!t end of the stick with this company all the way around. Even when I signed up for wireless they were supposed to pay off tmobile and they never did and I had 0 idea until I saw it on my credit. Needless to say I’ve about had it with them and I’m about to go back to tmobile if this doesn’t get resolved.
whenever I call in, I just get charged that ridiculous $10 fee for no reason and get nothing resolved. The people through chat can’t seem to help either. This is absurd.
