I was told VIA online chat when switching from T-Mobile to Verizon that I would receive a $200 promo PER LINE. I would need to claim within 30 days of switching. Thankfully, I'm still within my 30 days and I can still cancel Verizon. We ported 4 lines and I have reached out to Verizon several times regarding the promo. I finally, on my own, found the link for claiming the promo. Of course, I can't find the promo code though and no one can give it to me or tell me how to find it. Again, I'm happy to cancel Verizon if needed and if Verizon can't hold to the terms of their own contract they sent me. I did the research and found that NUMEROUS other people are having this same issue. So, what's the deal?? Should I cancel and go back to T-Mobile? I also still have my phones and can switch easily.
