When people text me sometimes it ends up being emailed to me (and ending up in my spam so I do not even see it). The number comes thru as "phone number"@vzwpix.com.
how do I fix this so it stops happening.
Hello, cathy668. Thank you for this info. Help is here. Just to confirm, are you able to receive text messages from others or is it all text messages come from @vzwpix.com? Are you able to send text messages from other? What is the make/model of your device?
