I just wanted to shout out Bridgette working for Verizon customer service/home internet (sorry if i misspelled her name!) who helped me yesterday on 3/23 over the phone.
I was stressed about starting internet service for our house and she streamlined the whole process for me AND even called me back an hour later to make sure everything was in order for me. That is so rare. I told her she was amazing and forgot to ask how i can thank her even more. I hope this review can reach her somehow, i am so grateful for the wonderful customer service and expertise she showed me!! She truly took a weight off my shoulders.
