I just bought a Verizon moto e phone I need a account number? And I need a phone number. No one is helping me with this and I also have a prepaid Verizon card that I need to put in my new phone but it won't let me get to my home page on my new phone it said put in your phone number or your account number? How can I do this when I don't even have account number or a phone number yet. I want one but I've been having trouble getting one or both. If I could get to my homepage on my new phone then I would get the Verizon app but I can't get pass my zip code I don't know what else to do if no one is willing to help me.
