Account Open Information

I need to have Verizon send me the information of when my account was first created, I know it was in 2007. Apparently everyone in customer service knows it was 2007. But that is all the information they can provide me. What I would like is the date, the place, the name that it was created under and the phone number. it was a family plan, then, and it expanded since then.

This should not be that hard for me to get. Especially since I know the answers to all those questions

all I need is a document from Verizon, a PDF, whatever, showing that information.

It says, for documents older than 18 months, call a number. Which I did. They can’t help.
