I had an order placed on 3/23/2024 and canceled it the same day. The items have been returned but one was activated?!?? My next bill says I will be charged for it but I have proof UPS returned the order to verizon
We definitely want to make sure that you're not being charged for any service you did not use. Is this order for new service? ~Peter
