Trying to save some money and l'm not sure if what I'm thinking of doing would come back to bite me.
Current setup:
Fios gigabit : $73.99/mo (includes $10 autopay and $10 M+H Level 3 discounts)
Two mobile lines: 5G Play More (includes Disney bundle) 5G Do More $113/mo (excluding taxes/fees)
($74/line - $25 loyalty discount - $10 M+H Level 3 discount)
I have some payments left on a device on the Do More plan and accompanying trade-in promo device credits remaining.
Thinking about switching the Do More plan to either the unlimited plus or unlimited welcome. Would save me either $4 or $19/mo, respectively. I would leave the Play more plan intact since we get the Disney bundle included at no additional cost.
Subsequently, I'm also considering switching my Fios speed to either 300 or 500 mbps.
How would switching affect my mobile + home discount? I know the amount varies depending on if you're on a gigabit vs non-gigabit Fios plan. Since l'd only be switching one line to the new myPlan and leaving the other on a legacy plan, wasn't sure how this would affect the M+H discount.
