I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for over 20 years ! But no longer! I am out of town at a specialized cardiac care facility for my mom and they turned my service off and are unwilling to restore my service nor work with what and how I am able to pay my bill ! I am in a unknown location and alone and now have no phone service! Thanks Verizon ! So as of now and the treatment I have received I am paying my bill off and porting my number and changing providers! This is gross customer abuse and these big companies just continue to be abusive and no one ever can make them stop this treatment of people! So I post my experiences!!!
