Can't find the promo code anywhere on the receipt, and when I log in to the promotions center it asks me for the promo code and I can't continue without it. Help?
proflarson, we'd be happy to take a look and help you find that promo code. We need a bit more info so we can find the correct code. You can also try using the simple rebate process. You can find more information here: https://www.verizon.com/support/device-rebate-faqs/ The easiest way to redeem is going to be going into your My Verizon and looking under notifications. Let us know if you have any problems.

I have a similar issue. I completed my sign up process online during the process i was provided 3 promotions - a 300$ promo on us, and 300$ promotions for bringing a number from another carrier which i did for 2 lines.
i also received an email that my promotions can be claimed using myverizon app.
now here comes the challenging part- i had created a guest account during the signup process That account is still shows a message that account owner line needs to be activated before seeing full access but i have already activated all lines. I used EMAIL1 to create that account
So i ended up creating another account with a different email id (EMAIL2) where i can see all my lines and my billing info. I am not sure about this but its possible that my promotions were sent as app notifications on my first account which i have created using email 1 but thst account is stuck at account owner line not activated status and only shows my shipment status.
TLDR;
i need help in claiming my promotions and being a techie, i have likely identified the issue why i haven’t received the notification on the app for the rebates.

We are having a similar issue. We ported 4 lines from Tmobile to Verizon on December 3, completing our order online. When I inquired about the $300 rebate at that time, I was told that we would receive instructions via email on how to apply for the e- giftcard. We never received an email, so I reached out to customer service and was told that we would have a notification pop up on our account after 30 days of service. We have exceeded that 30 days and still no notification or instructions. Help, please?!

On My receipt from my 12/16/24 purchase of when I brought my number over from Tmobile it shows a Rebate: $300 Verizon Gift Card. I have not received my gift card code yet. I have called customer service 2x now and both times they told me that no such rebate exists. I have explained each time it is state on my receipt as well in my email with the receipt. I would appreciate for this to be resolved ASAP.

I was also promised a $300 rebate but haven't received any information on that. The only rebate that is showing in my account is for $200. When I made the purchase, the agent specifically told me I would qualify for both a $200 and $300 rebate.

Having the same issue… so frustrated. My invoice shows I will receive a $300 Rebate for switching. I’ve called twice and submitted the 4 of the wrong codes and got rejected. now I’m one day until deadline and still nothing. It’s like it was all a lie on Verizon’s side. So frustrated.

The actual date of my order was December 10, 2024. At that time, there was a $300 rebate available. The rep apparently just signed me up for the $200 rebate. But told me I would qualify for both.

I’m having a similar issue. I ported in two numbers from T-Mobile back on 12/25/2024 and haven’t received the 300 rebates for porting in the numbers as promised. I called over a month ago and was told by the agent that they’re “processing” and that all is well and I should wait for an email soon regarding the rebates. I haven’t received anything since and I just found out I was lied to and that I need to claim them online myself before they expire.
