Loyal verizon customer, with several devices; for years... But VERIZON talked me right into trading in my s20 for the s23 ultra. Told me they will give $800 for my s20. Printed me a receipt saying so.... But still to this day they have not honored it, nor have I been able to speak with anyone. If I ask the app., it shuts down claiming difficulties... I also see I'm not alone ....
