Ridiculous- I have contacted them 4 times and have gotten the run around on how to get our $200 Target Card. Why don’t you just mail it to my address you have on file? I used the promo code, set up the WiFi , put in the purchase date - then nothing, “we are sorry something went wrong” Better Business Bureau is next!!!!!

That part is certainly correct, Kblay. The service does need to be set up and activated within the first 30-days. Then it has to remain in good standing for 65-days. Once 65-days of good standing has passed, you'll receive redemption instructions for the promotion, where you will have 60-days to redeem the offer. Once redeemed, the gift card will be delivered electronically within 48-hours.

So you've already completed the first part, which is activating and setting up the service. Now you just need to keep the service in good standing for the 65-days, and you'll receive the redemption instructions.

Based on your purchase date of 4/01, the first day you'd be eligible to redeem the offer is June 5th.
