I just got Verizon 5G home last month, I have the Email receipt. I was supposed to get a Nintendo Switch and a 200 gift card. I havent received any emails or nothing. How do I claim these?

It's been 65 days. The tile was there a couple weeks ago saying I could claim on may 9th. Today. Now the tile is missing
I have yet to receive any notification that I can redeem the nintendo switch/gift card offer after signing up with internet. The tile for redeeming offer isn't there. Please help.
It’s been over 65 days for me. Called and they escalated it and they were supposed to contact me through email 3-5 business days. Nothing. On the phone now and they are saying I have to wait another month.
