I won't bore you all with my long unending scenario with Verizon but I will tell you important details. It's been 2-3 months now that I have tried to get customer service or anyone to help me straighten out my huge wireless bill AND get my defective phone picked up by UPS to ship back to their processing center! It's totally impossible to get anyone at Verizon to resolve my problems! This whole ordeal has been very frustrating and disappointing! You would think that Verizon is this huge conglomerate and would have thousands of knowledgeable reps to assist their customers but after almost 3 months of phone calls, texts and emails, I'm still in the same position with my outstanding bill and staring at a labeled box waiting to be picked up and shipped! If I go back to the beginning, my Verizon Samsung Galaxy A23 phone suddenly turned off one day and would not power back on! It was so awful that I had to call Verizon and request a replacement phone! I had a few days to wait and was without a phone until new one arrived...Now I'm in another situation where I'm set up with replacement phone and wanting to correct my bill and get UPS to pick up the defective phone in a labeled box ready to ship back to Verizon's processing center! This has taken up so much of my time that I'm tempted to ask for another credit towards my account! I've never had this sort of problem with a company of Verizon's size in my life! It's got to get resolved soon, because if not, I'm just getting the heck away from Verizon altogether! Has anyone else had issues drag on for so long? I'm sure I'm not alone!
