Lower monthly cell bill

I have 8 phones on my plan. All but 2 want to look for a lower price due to Everything being so much more costly. (The 2 are mine & wife's)

If they do, I may join them. None of the 8 want to go to a different plan & asked me (Admin) to help to reduce our present plan. Is this posible.

If the other 6 people involved don't want to switch their current plan but it's still costing them too much, the only thing I can think of is to carefully comb over the bill and see if there are any add-ons or outside perks which could be cancelled. Otherwise, cell phone service is going to cost more in these times just like everything else. The other large carriers all charge within the same pricing range as Verizon; there isn't some huge disparity.
