I have a delay in Voicemails showing up on my iphone 14 pro running 17.4.1. Sometimes days late. Dangerous for my job. Any suggestions other than checking VM manually?

I am having the same issue, received 13 voicemails at one time that were from days ago. Had this issue on my 14 pro and continue having it with my 16 pro.

I have an iPhone 12 mini and experience delayed voicemails. My iOS is up to date and I have restarted my phone, but still some voicemails arrive days or weeks late! And sometimes several suddenly appear at once even though the timestamps are totally different dates. This is extremely bad because I have missed urgent voicemails from my children and related to work. Fix this issue!
We understand that it is important to have timely delivery of any messages. Be on the look out for a private message from us to assist further.

Been having the same issue for years. Complained many times . It's just Verizon's horrible service. They don't have a clue.
I am frequently receiving voicemails days late. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps at the top of the thread but without success. I am missing urgent messages.
Hi fafafaf. we don't want to see you miss out on any urgent messages. Thanks for reviewing the initial VM troubleshooting posted earlier. Time to dig deeper. You will receive a private message shortly for us to get into more specific details and figure out what is causing the delay.
I am having the same issue with my pixel 9 Pro. I tried troubleshooting but no help

Been having the same issue for months now.
Good Morning! Be on the lookout for a private message so that we can take a look at this.
I am having the same issue. It's a problem with my work. Verizon should stop blaming customers (clear your voicemails, restart your phone). When there are so many people with different phones having the same problem it's time for Verizon to check THEIR OWN network connection.
We're here to investigate the delay in your voicemail, sending over a Private Message to assist.

I have been having the same issue for months . I just had 3 notifications arrive in the middle of the night for calls/voicemails I received yesterday morning. On top of this, data connection has been a huge problem - and as a food delivery driver it is absolutely essential for my job. It is infuriating. If you pay hundreds of dollars a month for Verizon service it should not be this way!
Hello MH3811, we know having reliable service is a must! So we can better assist, we will be reaching out via Private Message.

I have had this issue for more than a year. On a iPhone 13 and now a iPhone 15 pro. This time it was a critical VM for a job that I missed. In this case it was a 18 hour delay. please help me.

I've been having the same issue, the vms seem to come in sometime after midnight from earlier in the day. It's a real problem. Please send me a private note as well. Thanks!

I’ve also been having the same issue. Voicemail messages (not just notifications) show up days (not just hours) late. I use my phone for work, and this kind of delay has real life consequences.
A new possible-extension of this issue just showed up as well. I just received a voicemail that was left for me 2 days ago. I listened to it, then switched from “voicemail” to “recents” to doublecheck the time stamp on the missed call. When I switched back to view voicemail, the message was gone. I checked the “deleted” folder and found the message in there, but I had not deleted it.
I’d also appreciate a private note for individual help. Thank you!
Hi, we want to help and make sure you can receive your voicemails. Please meet us in the Private Note to continue.
Same problem occurs intermittently on my iPhone SE. Have deleted the few voicemails. Still happening.
We know it's important to receive your voicemails in a timely fashion! I see that you've deleted your old voicemails. Have you followed the additional steps supplied above?
Also, when you deleted your voicemails, did you also open the Deleted Voicemails option and Clear All to permanently delete them?
Joe, I have implemented all of your suggestions, and voicemails are still delayed. I even turned off Group Notifications in Notifications as well in the phone app. I reset my Network Settings. As a last resort I changed my greeting to: “You’ve reached Jim’s phone. If you intend to leave a message please note Verizon voicemail delivery is unreliable. I suggest you send me a backup text as well.”
I need the same help. My voicemail are either super late, like a week or more, or not at all.
