Service in the NE Ohio area has gotten increasingly worse. Many areas in the city and suburbs where service is always dropping. Even with cell towers blocks away. Solution?

Service used to be stellar at home except in the valley (understood.). Now the moment I leave my home and drive down a major street there is zero service for a mile. Same at the city house. Once you walk out of the driveway service stops for about 1/4 of a mile. And this is with new 5g towers within a couple of blocks.

We have lived in the same house for years and we just experienced a big drop in reception. Phones barely work and all of our immediate neighbors with other service providers are just fine. I have been a customer for 24 years, but am starting to think about switching.
