I recently have been having an issue with the 8800. Never moved location but all this month it has been “searching” for signal … in an attempt to diagnose we change one variable at time … we have discovered that as soon as the “fully charge” lighted message comes on we lose internet! It then requires us to unplug the charging cord before it can find internet again. Also connected us that we recall having an update about 30 days ago… hmmmmm? What’s up ?
