When I signed up for Verizon I was given a free promos from Verizon and one included a 65in Amazon TV but I’ve never received any info from them out instructions on how to redeem my offer!

Hello I am having the same issue. No emails at all. I do not see the promotion anymore.
When you complete your purchase and make the choice of receiving the free 65” Amazon Fire TV, you’ll get an e-mail confirmation with your redemption date information. You’ll also get another e-mail 30 days after redemption with information on how to redeem as well as additional reminder e-mails. You have 60 days from the redemption data to redeem the promotion.
To redeem, you will need to sign into your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website, scroll down to Make The Most of Your Plans and click on the Get an Amazon Fire TV on us tile. From there, you’ll be taken to Amazon to complete the purchase. At the end of the checkout process, the cost of the TV will be $0.00 and shipments usually take 2-3 days from redemption.
If you are unable to redeem, please let us know and we can work with you to find a solution to this problems. We absolutely want you to get every single promotion you qualify for.

I never officially received the email from Verizon for the offer details. I made the purchase for a new device on a new line with a tablet on 4/20. I did check the account and the offer is not there. I do recall seeing the offer on the page from 4/20 to 4/23 and after that it disappeared. I know I should just be patient and wait till 5/20 to see if it shows up.
Thank you for clearing that up. In that case, being patient is going to be the best bet here. There is a wait period that needs to pass before you can redeem the offer, but we're sure you won't have any problems. If you don't see the offer after the 30 days, please let us know.
Aloha Jesse, I have the same problem. I have zero emails about the promotion. Also it’s past my 30 day mark. I signed up with Verizon on the 11th of last month.
I’ve talked to 4 people now about finding a solution. Haven’t come up with one yet.

It has been past 30 days and we still have not received our tv or our gift card. We are new customers that was with att for 23 years. I was told I would get an email and have not. I also have not been able to get my target gift card. So what do you suppose we do? I'm already not happy with how many other people have been having the same issue.

Hey, I'm glad you qualify for some nice promos there from getting your 5G Home Of course I want you to be able to get anything you qualify for, and can check stuff related to those promotions. Some of our promos do have wait periods, before they can be claimed. To check that against the Amazon TV/Target promos, roughly when did you make your qualifying purchase?

And then I was getting private messages from Verizon about the tv promotion but that was even more frustrating! With all the complaints I’ve seen on these forums about the Amazon TV I’m starting to wonder if it’s all just a sham. Because I’m so darn frustrated with Verizon asking me the same questions as everyone else, like word for word. I am starting to think Jesse is AI. Anyways I just don’t think I or anyone is or has ever gotten this TV promo. If I haven’t received this “email” in the first day or two from signing up or the “email” that they send out at the 30 day mark then why won’t they just resend these “emails”?

I want my free TV otherwise I’m going to make a complaint & switch carriers. If I would have known it was going to be this difficult to redeem a promotion you offer, I would have gotten the discounted phone instead. I don’t want to be associated with a company that lies to their customers and makes it extremely difficult to get anywhere with any kind of problem, especially something like this. There have been TONS of customers with the same issue and I would like to know of at least one person who has even gotten the TV.

I completed my purchase in May and I confirmed with the salesman in store that my choice was to receive the free 65” Amazon Fire TV. I was told, "you’ll get an e-mail confirmation with your redemption date information." It's been well over my 30 days, I still have not received the email for confirmation of the tv with redemption date information. In my verizon app, underneath the "make the most of my plan" tab, there is not a tile to redeem the tv promotion.
I am very disappointed. I was happy with my Straight talk plan, but chose to switch to verizon because of the tv promotion. I purchased two lines and purchased an iPad for a 3rd line.

Most definitely a LIE!! After 2 months of getting the run around, they finally came back to say I was denied because I can’t have more than one offer. When THEY WERE THE ONES THAT OFFERED THEM BOTH!!
After 2 months of getting the run around about the T.V I signed up for upon activation, they came back to say I chose the device credit offer that I never even heard of. From the get go, they were full of it!. Wait 30 days for a redemption email, lies. Call support, wait 7 to 10 business days, lies. Call back, wait a week, lies. Finally I get someone to “expedite “ my ticket and to promise” that redemption would be the end result”. I was told I would get an email in 5 days with redemption instructions. Lies! So I call in again, my ticket was denied because I “chose device credit”. Absolutely false! I chose the phone because of the “get an iPhone 15 on us”. I chose the ridiculous plan for the “65 in Amazon fire TV. “. Now all of a sudden “in the fine print it states”. Lies!! If you could only redeem one offer at a time, why does the website let you make the 2 choices??? The rude @ $$ lady I talked to today flat out said they lied, then when I told her to say it again so I could get it on recording she freaks out. “That’s against the law. You can’t do that!” Oh but at the beginning of the call you say that you can record me? W T F ever. I’m over Verizon with their clickbait sham offers. I should’ve stayed with boost mobile! Get the free iPhone 15 with a $50 plan no B S. I’ve paid ridiculous bills with Verizon. If you know what’s good for you DON’T SWITCH TO VERIZON!!!

Wrong! I have not received a device credit for my new activation! I am very dissatisfied. I have already been told I did qualify. However it's been over 7 to 10 business days since I was told this and I still have not received the promotion that I was promised! This is ridiculous!

Wow, this is exactly what happened to me! The only difference is I didn’t even get the gift card. And of course to add insult to injury my last months bill for my phone and 1 device that I brought over from t-mobile was $350! I thought Verizon was the best service for cell phones, but I must have misunderstood because it’s terrible here on Kauai. What they are the best at is lying and taking advantage of their customers! I’m honestly disgusted with the way they handle issues! There moto must be “always give the customer the runaround and at some point they give up!” Not me
