Transfer a Business Line to Personal Line Discounts

I will be transferring my Verizon business line to a Verizon personal account and I would line to know if transferring this line to my personal account is eligible for the "Add a Line" discounts available on 5-1-2024?

I currently have an Unlimited Welcome plan with 3 lines and would like to transfer/add my business line as my 4th personal line. Would this make me eligible for an iPhone 14 ($0 for 36 months)?
