I am having a worst experience with Verizon services because I trade in device and didn’t get any credit still even after they got my old trade in device .havenot got any credit and they are charging extra bill every month,
how much was that phone? If I’m paying 1,000 with in 36 month. I gave my phone the credit was supposed to be 800
They said upgrade and it will be a free phone. Nothing free I feel we are overcharged on every bill my first bill was $475 so it’s almost a 2,000 dollars phone and I give up on my 13 smh
