My phone had been losing service for about a couple weeks now I called Verizon and they couldn’t tell with the issues was only that I paid my phone service so my line shouldn’t cut. But the issue my phone loses bars and goes into sos mode I tried troubleshooting it even resetting my network nothing is working.

Does the Check Network Status link on Verizon's webpage show any outages? If not, giving the make and model of your phone so someone more tech inclined could potentially troubleshoot it will help. There's also troubleshooting information for many phones on Verizon's webpage if you look up the phone in question.
