I purchased a new phone on my plan, and we were to receive a $400 bill credit over 36 months. I have confirmation from the tracking number that Verizon received my trade on February 14, and as of today almost 3 months later the credit has not shown up on my account. I have called customer service and have spent hours on the phone over 3 different calls, each time the rep saying the problem was solved, but it never is.
