If you haven't installed this little utility app for HTC phones, you should. They're simple features but I find quite useful. I especially love the ability to just flip my phone over when someone is calling to mute the ring. It's the little things that can really make an experience.

Maybe I'm missing something but I thought the muting feature was native to the phone regardless of any installed app. At least according to page 31 of the user manual it is.
