I’m trying to redeem my offer during the redemption window however after going through the steps, I added the chrome book, selected next, then as the system was spinning to update, it informed they were out of stock and removing the item from my cart. Then it took me back to my home page and now no tile for my offer. I called customer service who had to escalate my issue and said I could receive a response in 5 business days (or so). Has anyone else had this same issue after becoming a home internet user with Verizon then not being able to redeem the offers?
