My guide is no longer on my TV to select after a tech call yesterday about something else. How do I correct it. Nothing was recorded last night. UGH

Try this, and if it doesn't work power-cycle the system starting with the router:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix Fios TV Issues
