Fios TV One not responding to IR commands

Over the last couple weeks my Fios One reciever (VMS4100) seems to have completely stopped responding to IR commands. The Fios voice remote seems to still work (over Bluetooth presumedly) but the box is not responding to IR commands from any universal remote that I own. (I've tried both Sofabaton and Harmony).

Anyone have any ideas?

Try, if it hasn't already been done, physically unplugging the power to the 4100, waiting a minute or so, and plugging it back in. The power cycle might get it working again.
