How long does it take for the Verizon Correspondence Team to get back to me.
After numerous calls and discussions with several agents, they advised me to reach out to the Verizon Correspondence team by sending a letter. However, it's been a month since I raised the issue and 2 weeks since I sent the letter, and I'm yet to hear back. This problem is severely impacting both my personal and work life, putting me in a difficult situation. I need a resolution urgently as it’s affecting me negatively and causing significant disruption.
