Port Forwarding help

i am currently trying to port forward on the ARC-CXI55AX but i am not totally sure how to input the correct numbers. I play warframe and they require me to port forward: UDP: 4950, 4955
TCP: 6695 - 6699, 443, 80

I am not sure how to input the numbers correctly as i get input errors "Original port: the input port has illegal characters. Destination port should be 111, 111-222, or 111,222-333 and so on" and the other error "Forward to Port: Port Range should be between 1-65535" ive tried adding symbols - : , as i know they are different for others but still nothing. i also do not know what "original port" is suppossed to be. help would be greatly appreciated!
