when i try to download an app on the google play store on my motorola razr m it says error connecting to server and before that it would load apps and everything but when i went to DOWNLOAD an app it says in the notification bar error no connection
Hello, Jason08. Thank you so much for this info. Having the ability to download apps is a must. Help is here. How much available storage do you have on the device currently? Also, are there any pending software updates on the device?

You have a pretty old phone, so it's one or more of the following: 1) It's dying, 2) May not be supported on Verizon's network any more, or 3) If your area is predominately 5G, your phone can't access it because it's not 5G capable (this phone is 3G/4G).
