When trying to make a game purchase or anything related I now get an error message stating I need internet or WiFi on. I have both and tried both. I've checked all my settings and restarted my phone many times. What is going on? Someone please help
Hello, Helpmenow35. My apologies to hear this is happening as I totally rely on my PlayStore for apps. Help is here. Please tell me more. What is the make/model of your device? Any pending software updates? So sorry to ask but is there any damage on the device, physical or liquid?
