I bought my son this new phone from Verizon because they offered a deal. The data is a disappointment . It only has 1 or 2 bars at all times and we live in the city. I pay $100 a month for his phone. He has to constantly be connected to the Internet, it’s like why am I even paying the bill if there is hardly any service. Calls are horrible and always glitch out or the call drops because of this horrible service. No matter what I do , customer service can’t help me without trying to have me upgrade or switch to a different plan . I truly don’t recommend Verizon to anyone. I can’t wait till his phone is paid off because I am switching his network.
