I run a small service company.. I receive voicemails all day..
80-90% of the Voicemails I receive are randomly cut off.. and my clients have to call back and leave like 3 messages and finally just give up,, I miss important info like their names and phone numbers.. going to switch Provider if Verizon doesnt get it fixed
I tried calling into support.. totally joke.. totally waste.. 30 mins of talking to robots and answering stupid robot questions that havent the slightest thing to do with my issue... then get a human.. and they call and leave a 3 minute test message and it works perfect..
I cant be the other guy on the planet with a $1800 dollar phone that doesnt work correctly..
tried restart
tried complete data reset of everything and started from scratch,,
how do i go back to the good ole days of having a working voicemail system?
