I signed up for Verizon Fios because of the two $200 gift cards they were offering. After the 60 day wait period, the redemption tiles were not redeemable so I had to speak with customer service multiple times. Last week, the rep manually orders the gift cards and they should be delivered to my email within 2 days. They were not. This week I called again the rep said sometimes it can take between 30-60 days.
30-60 days for an email is what he said because it is an offline process. At this point, I'd be surprised if I ever receive them. This is crazy. If I was told the process may take up to 120 days, I don't think I would've been inclined to sign up.
Has anyone gotten this response before?
